Day 1
Breakfast: Fruit puree (1/2 cup strawberries, 1/2 apple, 1 orange)
Morning Snack: Green tea & lemon (no sugar)
Lunch: Fresh salad, no dressing -OR- 1 cup low-sodium veggie soup
Afternoon Snack: Fruit smoothie (1/2 strawberries, 1/2 banana, ice)
Dinner: 3 oz. whole grain pasta, 1/2 cup marinara, garlic
Day 2
Breakfast: Fruit smoothie (1/2 cup of strawberries, 1/2 cup of blueberries,
1/2 cup of raspberries, ice)
Morning Snack: Green tea or herbal tea & lemon (no sugar)
Lunch: 1 cup low-sodium soup, 1 cup fruit
Afternoon Snack: Fruit smoothie (1/2 strawberries, 1/2 banana, ice)
Dinner: 1/2 cup brown rice, 2 cups steamed spinach, 3 oz. baked fish
Day 3
Breakfast: 1 cup oatmeal, 1/2 tbsp flaxseed, brown sugar, skim milk
Morning Snack: Fresh fruit smoothie (1/2 cup berries, 1/2 apple, ice)
Lunch: Fresh salad (no dressing)
Afternoon Snack: carrots or celery with 1 tbsp peanut butter
Dinner: 3 oz. whole grain pasta, 1/2 cup marinara, garlic
